ZINEDINE ZIDANE is already on his way to becoming one of Real Madrid’s greatest ever managers – just two years into his managerial career with the club.
Reals’s 2-1 Uefa Super Cup victory over Manchester United on Tuesday night was Zidane’s sixth trophy in just 19 months in charge at the Bernabeu.

And the victory moves him up to fourth in the all-time list of the most successful managers the Spanish giants have ever had.

Zidane has made an extraordinary impact since taking over in charge of the first team at Real from Rafa Benitez in January 2016.
Within four months he had led the club to the Champions League as the Frenchman proved he is just as good in the dug-out as he was a player.
In his only full season so far in the hot-seat, Zidane led Real to the La Liga title by seeing off the challenge of bitter rivals Barcelona.
The small matter of a World Club Championship was also claimed as Real showed they are the best club team on the planet at present.
